This policy explains how Autonomo (“we”, “us”) collects and uses personal data when you visit this website, book a call with us or get in touch. We are the data controller for that data under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Who we are
Autonomo provides done-for-you lead generation services for B2B businesses.
For any privacy question or request, email contact@autonomo-ai.com.
What we collect
- When you book a call: your name, email address, the time you choose and anything you write in the booking form. Bookings are handled by Cal.com.
- When you email us: your email address, name and whatever you include in your message.
- When you visit the site: technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. This is recorded by our hosting provider in standard server logs.
We do not use analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not sell your data.
How we use it and why
- To arrange and hold discovery calls, and reply to your messages. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
- To provide our services if you become a client. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
- To keep the website running and secure. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a safe, working website.
- To meet legal obligations, such as keeping business and tax records. Legal basis: legal obligation.
Cookies and similar technologies
This site does not set any cookies of its own. The booking calendar on the home page is provided by Cal.com, which may set cookies or use similar storage that it needs to show the calendar and complete your booking. These are needed for the booking service you choose to use.
The first time you visit, a short notice tells you about this. When you dismiss it, we save that in your browser’s local storage so the notice doesn’t appear again. You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings; if you do, you can still book on the Cal.com website directly.
Who we share it with
We only share personal data with service providers who help us run the business, and only as much as they need:
- Cal.com for scheduling calls (Cal.com privacy policy)
- Google for email (Google Workspace)
- Cloudflare for hosting this website
We may also disclose data if the law requires it.
International transfers
Some of these providers process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, standard contractual clauses or the UK-US data bridge.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking data only for as long as we need it to respond to you and follow up, unless you become a client. Client records are kept for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and accounting requirements. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a short period.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you
- have inaccurate data corrected
- have your data deleted
- restrict or object to how we use it
- receive your data in a portable format
To use any of these rights, email contact@autonomo-ai.com. We will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to resolve it with you first.
Security
We use reputable providers and take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
